Theories & Practices of Management (Theory)

CO37: Analyze and evaluate  the different Theories and styles of leadership in context of management.

 CO38: Comprehend motivation concepts, theories (Maslow, McGregor, Herzberg), types, techniques, and elements crucial for effective motivation plans.

C039: Analyze the various aspects of Coordination & Communication in any organisation for achieving the     organizational goals effectively.

CO40: Analyze change management processes, including causes, resistance, strategies, and agents; evaluate conflict types, processes, and management styles.

CO41: Create the Knowledge of new applications and   the recent trends & Challenges in Business management.

CO42: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.

Approach in teaching:

Class room Lecture (Theory/ Using Powerpoint Presentation), Discussions using Leading Case laws.
