CO121: Integrate the understanding of various HR concepts in organizational working in order to take correct business decisions. CO122: Analyze the current theory and practice for procurement and development of HR and exhibit appropriate implementation, monitoring and assessment procedures for the same. CO123: Demonstrate the ability to use different performance appraisal techniques in an organization and have an insight on the various aspects of promotion and transfer.
