Objective: 

Objective of the Paper: The paper aims at creating an understanding in the students regarding concepts of E-Commerce and E-Consumers along with the legal remedies available for the above mentioned platform. 

Learning Outcomes: On completion of this paper/course student should be able to-

  • To understand the basics of E-Commerce as a platform along with brief study of its models and available payments modes.
  • To acquaint the students with the advertising forms in E-Commerce.
