Objective: 

The objective of services marketing is to give the students insight about how the marketing of intangible goods is done. The objective behind imparting practical knowledge regarding organizational behaviour is to acquaint the students with skills so that they can shoulder their responsibilities in a fast changing Competitive Corporate World efficiently.

The case studies related to retail will be given to the students, and the marks will be on the basis of assessment made on project work and viva -voce.
