  1. To make understand students about Organization Behaviour concepts, importance of studying Organization Behaviour, Cross-culture global organizations and Cultural differences
  2. Familiarize the about individual behaviour and its Biographical characteristics, ability, learning and personality
  3. To give students an insight of various concept of Perception, individual decision making, values and Motivation techniques
  4. 4.To provide knowledge about Group behaviour types of work teams, Power & politics, Conflict management at organizational level. Also to understand Stress Management Concept and various Strategies of overcoming stress
  5. To provide in depth knowledge of Organizational change and development change agents and various reasons of resistance to changeChange agent: Competencies and skills
