CO176: Examine the role of various mechanisms of Industrial Relations and its relevance in the dynamic business environment

CO177: Analyse the important definitions and provisions regarding health, safety, welfare and working hours of workers under the Factories Act, 1948 with a real case

CO178: Analyse the application of the important social security acts like Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and The Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948

CO179: Critically analyse and compare the social security acts especially for women like Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 with similar laws in other countries

CO180: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction
