Objective: 

The course will enable students to -

  1. Acquaint the students with the various dimensions of industrial relations and help them to understand the role, rights and duties of various components of the industrial relations.  
  2. Make students understand the various employment laws regarding working conditions, wages, social security etc.

CO100: Critically analyse the various processes and procedures of handling Employee Relations like participation, discipline and grievance handling.
