The students will be able to –
CO79: To acquaint the students with the various dimensions of industrial relations and help them to understand the role, rights and duties of various components of the industrial relations. CO80: To make them understand the various employment laws regarding working conditions, wages, social security etc. CO81: Able to understand the important concepts, background and components of Industrial Relations. CO82: Introduced to various processes and procedures of handling Employee Relations like participation, discipline and grievance handling. CO83: Understand about the concepts, history, principles, laws and issues connected with trade unions. |
