CO55: Adeptly demonstrate the relevance of applying ethics in business and disadvantages of not acting ethically.

CO56: Illustrate the realm of dilemma faced during conduction of business through different activities and group discussion.

CO57: Demonstrate the ethical issues in functional areas of business and learn to manage them effectively through examples from case studies.

CO58: Exhibit basic framework of corporate governance and unfolding consequences of poor governance through presentations and case studies.

CO59: Interpret legal framework for strengthening governance via directors and board in a company and also comprehend relevance of CSR.
