CO116: Proficiently draft Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and Prospectus, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for business incorporation

CO117: Develop an understanding of the various types of directors in companies and the pivotal role of the Company Secretary in corporate governance through interactive role-play activities.

CO118: Demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills through engaging role-play activities, exploring various kinds of company meetings and their purposes.

CO119: Proficiently apply provisions of the Companies Act, demonstrating expertise in CSR, shareholder democracy, and committee dynamics within corporate governance frameworks.
