The students will be able to –
CO30: Explain the different types of leadership. Also to evaluate leadership styles to anticipate the consequences of each leadership style. CO31: Explain what motivation is and also to describe perspectives on motivation such as scientific management, Theory X and Theory Y, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivation- hygiene theory etc
CO32: Understand the significance of Coordination & Communication in any organisation for the effective achievement of Organisational Goals
CO33: Understand the Conflict Management Strategies which the managers use to resolve the Conflict in Organisation and also to discuss the relationship between Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management CO34: Know the recent trends & Challenges in Business management. |
