CO 141 :Understand the basic nature of Human resource management and  retail sector along with different  types of retail stores, and skills required as human resource to perform different activities

CO 142 :Acquaint the students with the knowledge of  various organizational patterns in retail sector along with recruitment and selection process.

CO 143 :Impart the knowledge of various training methods and performance appraisal techniques       

CO 144 :Understand the concept of compensation and its different components along with  importance of discipline in an organisation and the various disciplinary measures and grievance handling techniques

CO 145 :Discuss ethical issues and emerging role of Human resources in retail sector
