CO37: Illustrate jurisdiction theories in criminal cases, their application to cybercrimes, and international conventions addressing cyber threats. CO38: Create an Understanding of cybercrime prevention through legal, technological, and international measures, plus skills for developing effective strategies. CO39: Explore privacy rights, press freedom, reasonable limits, and legal shifts in Supreme Court rulings. CO40: Assess the knowledge and skills necessary to develop, implement, and assess security audits in a business environment. CO41: Classify data protection laws in India, their implications for employee privacy, and the legal approaches organizations need to adopt for compliance.
