  2. Impart the knowledge   of retail location, site analysis and retail communication mix and their impact on consumer buying behaviour.
  3. Explain the impact of social and cultural factors on consumer buying behavior
  4. Impart the knowledge of post purchase behaviour of consumers and their impact on sales
