CO64: Understand how application of OB frameworks, tools, and concepts can enhance individual, group, and organizational effectiveness.
CO65: Understand individual behaviour in organizations namely personality, perception, learning.
CO66: Understand the concept of motivation and application of various theories to stimulate the working of employees. CO67: Identify and analyze the group dimensions like Politics, Power, Stress, Conflicts which are essential for effective organizational working.
CO68: Understand the meaning, reasons, types of changes in the organization and to analyse the ways to manage the changes. . |
