Laws Relating to Women in India (Theory)

CO19: Assess mechanisms for preventing sexual harassment, evaluate effectiveness in prohibiting                       indecent representation of women, and demonstrate gender-sensitive legislation.

CO20: Evaluate legal provisions for gender equality, maternity rights, fair remuneration, and workplace discrimination.

CO21: Critically analyze legal provisions on gender-based violence, women's rights, gender equality, dowry issues, and remedies for domestic violence survivors.

CO22: Evaluate legal provisions, amendments and effectiveness in regulating divorce procedures, pregnancy termination rights.

CO23: Analyze and evaluate legal provisions on human trafficking, child sexual abuse, immoral trafficking, and minors' rights protection.

CO24: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.
