CO 146: Analyse the important definitions and provisions regarding health, safety, welfare and working hours of workers under the Factories Act, 1948 with a real case

CO 147: Analyse and infer the salient definitions and provisions with respect to wages per Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and The Minimum Wages Act, 1948

CO 148: Evaluate the implication and critically analyseof law governing Industrial Relation -Industrial Dispute Act, 1947

CO 149: Analyse the application of the important social security acts like Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and The Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948

CO 150: Critically analyse and compare the social security acts especially for women like Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 with similar laws in other countries
