On completion of this course, the students will be able to- CO7. Create an understanding about the Principles of Management which will enable the student to gain valuable insight into the workings of business organizations. Also to Discuss and communicate the management evolution and how it will affect future managers. Moreover, to Observe and evaluate the influence of historical forces on the current practice of management CO8. Evaluate the process of management's five functions and have an insight of Planning & Decision Making as the primary function of Management CO9. Analyze that what an organization is and identify its characteristics and also to learn about the various forms of organizational structure. Also to define what an informal and formal organization is and how it operates through informal groups and the grapevine. Moreover to explain how decentralization follows from delegation with the understanding of span of management and to explain how it affects an organization CO10. Explain the objectives and uses of Manpower Planning, job analysis etc . CO11. Evaluate the processes of recruiting, employee selection, and Training in the current scenario CO12. Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to isolate issues and formulate best control methods. |
