Constitutional Framework of India (Theory)

CO1: Understand the foundational principles of the Indian Constitution, including its preamble, citizenship and key features.

CO2: Analyze the Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and Fundamental Duties in governance and citizenship.

CO3: Examine the structure, power and functions of the Union Government including the Executive and local governance bodies.

CO4: Explore the roles and responsibilities of state and local governments focusing on executives, legislature and local governance bodies.

CO5: Evaluate the structure and functions of Judiciary and essential components of the Indian Legal System.

CO6: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction
