CO 89 :Understand the fundamental concept  and basic features  of the Company form of Business in India

CO 90 :Describe the Procedure and know-how’s  of registering a Company in both Public as well as Private format in India

CO 91 :Learn about the mandatory documents required for a valid company, such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Prospectus etc.

CO 92 : Understand the Instruments of Finance Raising used by any Company such as Shares & Debentures and the basic provisions relating to them.

CO 93: Learn the modes and procedure of Winding Up of any Company.
