CO37: Evaluate civil court structures, jurisdiction and procedural concepts such as Res Judicata, Set off, CounterClaim, Equitable Set-Off, demonstrating an understanding of legal frameworks and procedural mechanisms.

CO38: Analyze Temporary Injunctions, Interlocutory Orders, and procedural aspects, showcasing advanced critical thinking skills in civil litigation and comprehension of legal procedures.

CO39: Assess important definitions, classification of criminal courts, and their powers within criminal justice system.

CO40: Evaluate arrest procedures, warrants, public order proceedings, legal provisions, procedural requirements, constitutional implications, and law enforcement efficacy.

CO41: Evaluate police preventive actions, investigative powers, magistrate roles, legal provisions on police information, offense cognizance limits, summary trial procedures, assessing criminal justice system fairness and effectiveness.
