Objective:

Meaning, Technology transfer, Process, Factors influencing choice of technology, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)(Concepts of Patent, Copyright, Trademark)

Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1991 (Provisions related to contravention and penalties, adjudication and appeal), Competition Act, 2002 (Amended Act 2007), Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (Consumer rights, duties, complaint redressal procedure)
