This course will enable the students to assess and apply organisational behaviour dimensions for improving interpersonal relations and creating congenial atmosphere in the organisations.

Organisational Behaviour

(Theory)

CO85: Application of OB concepts to analyze and predict the behavior of employees in the organization.

CO86: Assessment of perception and learning concepts to improve perceptual judgement while taking care of the learning curve of the employees.

CO87: Application of motivation and group dynamics concepts to encourage the employees and improve their group skills which further enhances their effectiveness to work together.

CO88: Suggest appropriate structures and policies in the organization to avoid misuse of power, unnecessary politics and conflicts.

CO89: Develop organizations to cope up with stress and changing environment.

CO90: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction

 

Approach in teaching: Class room Lecture (Theory/ Using Power Point Presentation)
