This course will enable the students to develop a comprehensive understanding of business organization and management principles, theories, and practices, among students through case studies, Role Play, simulations, and group projects.

CO43: Assess and evaluate the different forms of business organizations through Power Point presentations.

CO44:   Analyze Business finance sources and Business Combination patterns.

CO45: Apply the management concepts, principles and functions like planning, for smooth functioning of business organization.

CO46 Determine suitable organization structures along with effective planning for staffing function.

CO47: Apply direction and suitable control strategies to effectively lead the managerial position.

CO48: Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.
