  • Identify a social entrepreneur and trace out what sparked him /her to become a social entrepreneur. Elaborate what and how he/she solved the social problem.
  • Meet one Successful male and female entrepreneur. Compare and contrast the two in parameters like Motives, Characteristics, Problems and Support

  • Factors affecting growth of Entrepreneurship

  • Shahnaz  Hussain: A world famous woman entrepreneur

Opportunity Identification and Selection:

 

  • Meet an entrepreneur and interact about Transformation of ideas into an opportunity. Make a PPT presentation for the same
  • Visit any Small-scale production unit in your area. Prepare a report based on:
  • Name of the entrepreneur,
  • Nature and type of products,
  • Monthly Production targets,
  • Production planning and Scheduling
  • Workplace layout and methods used for inventory control.

      Give your suggestions to improve the performance of the unit

  • Need for opportunity identification and Selection
  • Environmental Dynamics and Change

Starting a new venture (New business plan) and Family Business:

 

  • Prepare an Imaginary Business Plan for any small-scale Business enterprise of Your choice
  • Visit any Family Business and prepare a detailed account of it right from its emergence till present highlighting the practices it follows and problem it faces. Showcase the work through Power point Presentation

  • Impact of External Environment on New Venture
  • Encouraging change in the family business system.

Role of Government in Entrepreneurial Development and Entrepreneurial Development Programmes

 

Power Point Presentation:

  • On an organisation’s various activities undertook by the Organiser to conduct EDP and the problems faced by him/her in conducting EDP along with suggestions to remove these problems.

Group Discussion On:

  • Role of Government in organizing EDPs
  • Critical Evaluation of EDPs
  • Cluster development programme
